Dekay aka Danny Kotz is Jerusalem native, Deep House Producer , based in Berlin for the last three years. It was the Beginning of 2009 when Dekay made his first Live Appearence in the Berlin scene at the fashionable Kreutzberg bar Luzia with his mate Elie Eidelman,the show was an immediate success success, what brought him a residency at the place that was followed later that year with Live appearances with his deep original live act in Berlin Clubs such as Sucide Circucs, Tape, and Dice, but also in some of Berlin more underground locations like Wilde Rennate and About Blank to name a few. It was as well in 2009 when Dekay started to Release his music in some different Berlin Labels. His Co Production 'Early Morning' with Elie Eidelman and his track 'Call me shemesh' were collected by the Berlin House Label Dirt Crew Recorings for their five years anniversary Compilation and had the honour to share a Vinyl with Internatioal stars such as Till Von Sein ,Tiger Skin. Dekay also had several Releases and Remixes with his mate and OFF Recordings label head Andre Crom. Their last dance floor bomb 'When I am gone' has recently Released on OFFspin 02 Collected Works EP and was supported by many international Djs such as Italo Boyz , Brothers' Vibe, Jesse Rose and Dj T. For the Last months of the Berlin freezing winter, trapped in the studio, Dekay Worked on his Debut solo EP for Dirt Crew Recordings, which is planned to come out in the next couple of months with some fabulous Remixes from Nick Chacona and Mano Le Tough. So stay tuned because there is much more to come from the young former Break Dancer.
